Liability for content
The author reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected. According to § 7, para.1 of the TMG (Telemediengesetz – Tele Media Act by German law), the author as service provider is liable for his own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However acoording §§ 8 to 10 of the TMG he as service provider is not under obligation to monitor external information provided or stored on his website. Once the author has become aware of a specific infringement of the law, he will immediately remove the content in question. Any liability concerning this matter can only be assumed from the point in time at which the infringement becomes known to the author.
Liability for external links
The author is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from his pages - unless he has full knowledge of illegal contents and would be able to prevent the visitors of his site fromviewing those pages. If any damage occurs by the use of information presented there, only the author of the respective pages might be liable, not the one who has linked to these pages. At the point in time when the links were placed, no infringements of the law were recognisable to the author. As soon as an infringement of the law becomes known to him, he will immediately remove the link in question.
The author intended not to use any copyrighted material for the publication or, if not possible, to indicatethe copyright of the respective object. The copyright for any material created by the author is reserved under German law. Any duplication, processing, distribution or any form of utilisation beyond the scope of copyright law shall require the prior written consent of the author or authors in question.
If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily. Any forwarding of the data to third parties without the express consent of the user shall not take place. The author would like to expressly point out that the transmission of data via the Internet (e.g., by e-mail) can offer security vulnerabilities. It is therefore impossible to safeguard the data completely against access by third parties. The author cannot assume any liability for damages arising as a result of such security vulnerabilities. The use of published postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers and email addresses for marketing purposes is prohibited. The author reserves the right to take legal steps in case of unwanted advertising or spam messages.
